Are You Looking for a Challenging and Rewarding Internship Next Semester?

HPER Career Services (Department of Kinesiology) needs Spring 2012 interns!  This is an excellent opportunity for Kinesiology major’s (both at the undergraduate and graduate level) to gain practical experience in a multitude of areas.  The internship lasts through the Spring 2012 semester, will consists of approximately 150 cumulative hours (10 per week), and is worth up to 3 academic credits (it is unpaid).  Information on qualifications, the application requirements, and deadlines are listed below:

Qualifications:

  • Kinesiology major
  • 3.0 GPA or above
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Quick learner who is able to take initiative and see projects through to completion
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, familiarity with desktop publishing (Publisher or Photoshop), social media applications (Twitter, WordPress, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
